Oh my gosh, if you’re wanting to buy or sell a house, and you haven’t got Kelly on your team, I really don’t know how well it’s going to go for you. Kelly’s knowledge of both sides of real estate is extensive. He’s supported me through so many situations over the years. For example: 1) He helped me sell a house in 2010, during the big real estate crash. There were several delays and complications with a couple of buyers and he supported and guided me to the right buyer. Kelly is always calm and steady and can handle any weird situation. 2) When my father-in-law had to move suddenly to assisted living, Kelly got his condo sold in three or four days! It took so much pressure off us. How’d he do it? Kelly has been in the business a long time and has a vast network of contacts in the real estate business. He got on the phone and found someone who thought another agent might have a client who might be interested in something like that, and kept following up until he found the woman who wanted exactly what our condo offered. He advised me through negotiations, what were reasonable asks from her side and what weren’t. We got a quick fair sale and I didn’t lift a finger. 3) When I was finally sure I wanted to make a move, during one of the weirdest real estate markets ever (now in 2025), Kelly gave me good advice in getting our old house ready, had it sold in a month (and it’s on one of the busiest streets in town), and worked with my mortgage lender to make sure everything coordinated in a somewhat unusual financial arrangement. He negotiated a good deal on the house I wanted, arranged for a radon test I hadn’t thought about (for free), bought and installed new smoke detectors that the buyers’ financer wanted to see right before closing—everything to make sure there were no snags before closing. 4) I’ve been working with Kelly trying to find my perfect house for years and years. He’s shown me I-don’t-know-how-many houses, even when it looked like I’d *never* make a move, and never once made me feel like it might be a waste of his time. Be smart and try to get out of using your cousin or friend who’s trying real estate for awhile. Get someone with expertise, PATIENCE, integrity, and a good sense of humor. I believe you won’t find anyone better for any real estate need than Kelly Favero!
