Built in 1911 as a luxury apartment building, the Maryland sits at the corner of L Street and South Temple among a string of ornate mansions. Both the exterior and the interiors of the condos have a very grand sense about them. Each unit has only one bedroom, but the units are fairly large with formal dining rooms and light-filled sunrooms. Most of the units still have original hardwood floors, divided-light french doors, and leaded glass. Parking is secured and covered in a garage located just to the east of the building.
