Salt Lake’s Marmalade Historic District, located on the west side of Capitol Hill is Salt Lake’s oldest neighborhood and still contains many original pioneer homes. The district and it’s streets are named for the fruit-bearing plants and trees imported by early settlers. Unlike the rest of Salt Lake, Marmalade’s streets are narrow and the neighborhood is San Francisco-esque.

Within walking distance of downtown and City Creek Canyon, the Marmalade is a well-positioned mix of old and new construction and features a wide variety of residences from well-priced condos to extravagant estates.
