9th and 9th

Considered one of Salt Lake’s most walkable neighborhoods, 9th and 9th’s core is it’s retail node on the corner of 900 E and 900 S. Shops and restaurants rest among classic homes and you can easily walk to restaurants like Pago, Barbacoa, and Mazza; grab some coffee at Coffee Garden; or catch an indie movie at Tower Theater. Some of the most unique homes in Salt Lake can be found here, in the city’s first planned subdivision, Gilmer Park. On a drive through Gilmer Park’s curvy streets you’ll see a variety of architectural styles: Tudor, Prairie, Colonial, Spanish, and Modern.
